Developed in collaboration with fellow therapist Lucy Gardner, this holistic coaching approach is grounded in research and will be tailored to meet your unique needs. Although we recognise there are wider factors that influence wellbeing, this approach builds on the autonomy and agency you do have. Rather than striving and clutching for short-term pleasures, the goal is to help you feel more aligned with your values, deepen your relationships, and enhance your overall sense of health and wellbeing.

How It Works

  1. Reflective Questionnaire: Begin with an online questionnaire to help pinpoint the key areas where you’d like to focus and improve

  2. 90-Minute Coaching Session: In this dedicated 1:1 session with me, we’ll dive into tailored exercises based on your questionnaire responses. Together, we’ll create a clear, actionable plan, and work through any limiting self-talk, helping you cultivate a mindset that supports your wellness goals.

  3. After-Care Pack: Shortly after our session, you’ll receive a personalised pack summarising our discussion. This will include detailed resources, and self-care strategies to support you at 1, 3, and 6 months.
